I plan to continue working out and eating on this plan indefinitely. Inside Smashwords or Amazon. I plan, plan, plan and make time for myself!! I was determined to change my body no matter what the cost. I understand what I need and what I want, and I enjoy my indulgences mindfully. I am also a Social Psychology doctoral student. I went through similar issues and in May of found out through my daughter being diagnosed as gluten intolerant that I was too. I am very knowledgeable with nutrition. I am not even close to overcoming it, but I hope to start trying with proper counseling and recipes from your website. It is also a bonus fitting into a size lower than I ever have and being a lower weight than I was 10 years ago in high school!
It was a horrible, dark time. I want to tell her that she can eat when she is hungry and accept her body because it is only one one-millionth of her identity. I learned so much at Weight Watchers but the most important thing was learning to love food again instead of treating it like the enemy! I have a very stressful job.
